  • ¼ cup basil leaves
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup sparkling water or kombucha

Directions

Step #1: Combine fresh strawberries, basil, lemon juice, and optional sweetener in a blender. Blend until smooth. 

Step #2: Pour into a glass and top with sparkling water or kombucha.

Directions

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp hot water

  • Seltzer, to serve, optional

Directions: 

Step #1: Sift the matcha powder into a bowl then whisk together with hot water until smooth and slightly frothy. Stir in the honey and whisk again until dissolved. 

Step #2: Muddle the mint slightly, then add to a cocktail shaker with matcha mixture, pineapple juice, coconut water, and lemon or lime juice. Add a handful of ice, then secure the lid and shake well until mixed.

Step #3: Strain the mixture into a glass over ice. Option to top with seltzer or any beverage of choice, such as additional coconut water or kombucha.

Elderberry Lemon Mocktail
