Directions 

Step #1: Start by preheating the oven to 350˚F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1½ tbsp coconut flour

  • 1½ tbsp fresh rosemary

Directions: 

Step #1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

Step #2: Place the cauliflower florets in a food processor, and blend until it forms a rice-like consistency. You can either steam the cauliflower first or use it raw; it works both ways. Alternately, use store-bought cauliflower rice.

Step #3: Place the cauliflower in a clean tea towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible. Don’t skip this step, as it’s the key to making a crispy pizza base.

Step #4: In a mixing bowl, place the cauliflower, whisked eggs, almond meal, coconut flour, cumin or curry powder, olive oil, mozzarella (if using), rosemary, plus salt and pepper. Press the mixture firmly.

Step #5: Place the cauliflower mixture in the center of the tray. Place a sheet of baking paper on top and use your palms or a rolling pin to flatten it into a circle. 

Step #6: Top the pizza with shredded cheese and baby tomatoes.

Step #7: Bake for 25-30 minutes until the pizza is nearly cooked.

Step #8: Take the pizza out of the oven and crack 6 eggs evenly throughout the pizza

  • 12 eggs
  • 12 slices of whole-grain bread (or bread of choice)
  • Olive or avocado oil spray
  • Optional: toppings of choice (such as cheese, avocado, pesto, or veggies)

Directions:

Step #1: Preheat the oven to 400F and grease a sheet pan with avocado or coconut oil spray.

Step #2: Using a biscuit cutter, cut a hole in the center of each slice of bread. Remove bread centers, discard or save for dipping.
