  • 1½ cups almond flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips


Step #1: Preheat the oven to 320°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step #2: Add the almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to a mixing bowl and stir.

Step #3: In a separate bowl, add the coconut oil, honey, peanut butter, and vanilla and whisk to combine.

Step #4: Add the egg to the wet mixture and whisk.

Step #5: Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, and add the chocolate chips.

Step #6: Drop the dough by the rounded tablespoon onto the lined baking sheet and flatten slightly. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.

  • 1½ cups Greek yogurt

Step #3: Using a spatula, evenly spread the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet.

  • 1 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour 
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum (if not included in your gluten-free flour blend)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (or coconut oil for a dairy-free option) 
  • 1 cup coconut sugar 
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips


Step #1: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

Step #2: In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, xanthan gum (if using), baking powder, and salt.

Step #3: In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until well combined. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
