Danielle’s 3 Simple Nutrition Tips
#1 Drink Water
Get a bright water bottle that you can see that will remind you to keep drinking water throughout the day!
#2 Get Sleep
As much as you wouldn’t think this was a nutrition tip, it is because the less sleep you get, the more likely you are to reach for those not as good foods. As the goal, get 7-9 hours of sleep per night, and if you can’t get that, aim to get close to that.
#3 Reach For Those Real Foods First
Try not to do the chips, the bars — try to eat real food first. Also, don’t skip meals! Skipping meals will mean that you are more likely to overeat at whatever meal you are finally eating. Try to eat small meals throughout the day, and that will really help.
