We love this FitOn PRO Cleansing Green Juice. It’s made with other green veggies and fresh fruit, adding in a powerful nutritional punch.

  • 5 celery stalks
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp ginger, peeled
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tsp lime, fresh squeezed (optional)
  • ½ green apple (optional)

Place all of the ingredients into a juicer or blender. Blend to combine. Enjoy!

The Takeaway

It’s important to note that while celery has become one of the most popular trends that doesn’t mean that there aren’t other great veggie options and juicing celery certainly isn’t the only way to get it into your diet. In fact, eating whole celery vs. just the juice will provide you with more fiber.

If you do want to give the celery juice try, for optimal results, celery juice expert Anthony William recommends enjoying a glass each morning on an empty stomach.
