#1 Non-Alcoholic Winter Sangria

This mocktail mixture is low in sugar, full of nutrient-rich antioxidants, and can be easily customized based on your flavor preferences. While alcohol-free wine is a 2024 beverage trend, you can also swap it out for additional cranberry or pomegranate juice or add your favorite unsweetened fruit juice!

  • 1 bottle of non-alcoholic red wine
  • ½ – 1 cup of unsweetened pomegranate juice
  • ½ – 1 cup of unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1 medium orange, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup of fresh cranberries
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2-3 star anise pods
  • 1 tbsp of pure maple syrup or raw honey (optional)
  • Sparkling water (optional, for serving)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for serving)

Step #1: In a large pitcher or a punch bowl, combine the non-alcoholic red wine, unsweetened pomegranate juice, and unsweetened cranberry juice. Stir until blended.

Step #2: Add the orange slices, chopped apple, fresh cranberries, cinnamon stick, and star anise to the pitcher. Option to add orange zest before discarding the peels.

Step #3: If you prefer a slightly sweeter sangria, add an additional tablespoon of pure maple syrup or honey to the mixture. However, the mixture will sweeten as it infuses with the fruit and spices during the chilling period.

Step #4: Allow the sangria to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, or overnight. Once chilled, serve over ice. Option to top with a splash of seltzer or fresh herbs. Enjoy!

#3 Tropical Pink Drink

We blended up this tropical pink drink with Suja’s cold-pressed sparkling juice and a handful of nature’s sweetness. For a light and bubbly beverage, use less fruit (and keep it fresh) with more liquid to blend. For a frozen tropical treat, opt for frozen fruit and less liquid!

  • 1-2 cups frozen mixed tropical fruit (such as pineapple, mango, kiwi, and papaya)
  • 1 lime (or ½ lemon), freshly squeezed

Step #1: In a high-speed blender, blend coconut water, berries, citrus, and tropical fruit mix. For a lighter liquid beverage, use 2 cups of coconut water and opt for fresh fruit. For a frozen beverage, use 1 cup of coconut water and blend with 2 cups of frozen berries and tropical fruit.
