- 1 bottle of non-alcoholic red wine
- ½ – 1 cup of unsweetened pomegranate juice
- ½ – 1 cup of unsweetened cranberry juice
- 1 medium orange, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
- 1 cup of fresh cranberries
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2-3 star anise pods
- 1 tbsp of pure maple syrup or raw honey (optional)
- Sparkling water (optional, for serving)
- Ice cubes (optional, for serving)
Directions:
Step #1: In a large pitcher or a punch bowl, combine the non-alcoholic red wine, unsweetened pomegranate juice, and unsweetened cranberry juice. Stir until blended.
Step #2: Add the orange slices, chopped apple, fresh cranberries, cinnamon stick, and star anise to the pitcher. Option to add orange zest before discarding the peels.
