Yep, you heard that right. And, if you’ve ever blended up a smoothie only to be slightly disappointed with how it came out, it may have to do with how you’re making it.

But, don’t freak, it doesn’t mean your smoothies are any less nutritious, it just means that making some adjustments to how you blend up your ingredients could lead to a creamier and more delicious tasting smoothie
