Heart Rate Zones

There are 3 heart rate zones PRO users will see: “Fat Burning Zone”, “Cardio Zone” and “Peak Zone”

  • Zone 1: Fat-Burn zone. This lower intensity zone provides many benefits for your body and will help you feel-good.
  • Zone 2: Cardio zone. This magic zone combines the best of both worlds by burning fat, improving cardio, and pushing strength.
  • Zone 3: Peak zone. This zone requires -and burns- the most energy (calories). 

As long as the BPM is BELOW the start of the Fat Burn zone, the cursor stays at the bottom HR bar.

In your post workout summary you will see how much time you spent in each zone during the workout.
