#1 Cubed Avocado With Lime & Sea Salt

If guac is your go-to savory snack, then you’ll want in on this snack for belly fat loss. Simply cube some avocado, drizzle with freshly squeezed lime juice, and add a pinch of sea salt.

Dig in and enjoy as a filling, fiber-rich snack that packs in a hefty dose of healthy fat. This snack is sure to keep you full all afternoon.

#2 Unsweetened Chocolate Yogurt Parfait

Traditional yogurt parfaits are generally loaded with added sugar, especially if they are made with flavored yogurts.

The good news is that you can make your own parfait using full-fat unsweetened Greek yogurt and top it with some added fiber-rich foods and a punch of healthy fat.

The result? A filling snack you can feel great about enjoying that may help satisfy a sweet tooth craving at the same time (win!)

Our fav yogurt parfait is made with:

  • 1 cup of unsweetened Greek yogurt (use coconut or almond milk yogurt if you need to avoid dairy)
  • 1 scoop of collagen peptides
  • 1 Tbsp. raw unsweetened cacao powder
  • ½ sliced banana
  • 1 Tbsp. raw cacao nibs
  • 1 Tbsp. raw honey

Add the yogurt to the base of a serving bowl and stir in the collagen protein and cacao powder.

Top with the sliced banana, raw cacao nibs, and drizzle with raw honey.

#3 Raw Dark Chocolate With Berries

If you need another excuse to enjoy that piece of chocolate, we got you covered. But, here’s the thing—we’re not talking about any old chocolate bar (those tend to be packed with added sugar). You’ll need to opt for unsweetened dark chocolate, and preferably a chocolate bar that’s made with at least 70% cacao.

The high-quality, unsweetened, raw dark chocolate actually comes with some pretty impressive health benefits, and it’ll satisfy that craving for something sweet and decadent. Pair a piece with some berries, and you have yourself a balanced snack to enjoy when mid-day hunger strikes, without the guilt.

Here are just a few reasons why we’re a fan of raw dark chocolate as a healthy snack:

  • It’s loaded with antioxidants.
  • May boost brain function
  • Helps support an overall mood boost.
  • Excellent source of important vitamins and minerals like magnesium, fiber, iron, zinc, and selenium.

#4 Turmeric Latte With MCT Oil

Turmeric milk lattes have been all the buzz since everyone jumped on the anti-inflammatory bandwagon a few years ago. The good news is that this delicious drink isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. In fact, there are now dozens of variations, giving us plenty of ways to enjoy this anti-inflammatory drink.

We love relying on a turmeric milk latte as a healthy snack for belly fat loss, especially when paired with MCT oil.

This combo is super impressive because, for one, turmeric is one of nature’s most powerful anti-inflammatory spices, and MCT oil has been found to support fat loss. Combine the two, and you have a super powerful, highly nutritious beverage.

Here’s how to make it:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp-1 tbsp. MCT oil (this will depend on tolerance. If this is the first time trying it, start on the lower end and work your way up)
  • 1 tbsp. raw honey

Add the almond milk, turmeric, and cinnamon to a stockpot over low heat and whisk until warm.

Remove from heat and add to a blender with the MCT oil and honey.

Blend until frothy and then pour into your favorite mug.

Sip and enjoy!
