If you wish to edit your recommended workouts for the week follow the steps below:
How to add workouts:
- Navigate to the Workouts tab
- Tap on a workout you would like to add to your week
- Tap the three dots “…” in the top right corner
- Tap Add to Program & select a specific week
How to delete workouts:
- Navigate to the For You tab
- Tap See All
- Find the workout you want to delete
- Delete by either swiping right to left (iOS) or long pressing (Android)
