How to add and delete workouts from your week

If you wish to edit your recommended workouts for the week follow the steps below:

How to add workouts:

  1. Navigate to the Browse tab
  2. Tap on a workout you would like to add to your week
  3. Tap the three dots “…” in the top right corner
  4. Tap Add to Program & select a specific week

How to delete workouts:

  1. Navigate to the Program tab
  2. Tap the Plan icon (clipboard) at the top of the screen
  3. Find the workout you want to delete
  4. Delete by either swiping right to left (iOS) or long pressing (Android)
