You can change your workout program by going to Profile > Settings > Edit Plan. There you can change the following settings:
- Fitness Goal: Be More Active, Lose Weight, Stay Toned, Build Muscle or Reduce Stress
- Plan Length: 4 Weeks, 8 Weeks, 12 Week or Ongoing
- Workouts Per Week: 2 – 5+ workouts
- Workout Length: 5 – 30+ minutes
- Favorite Workouts: select all your favorite types of classes
Your personalized program will recommend workouts each week based on your selections but don’t forget – any workout you select from the Browse tab counts towards your weekly goal so don’t hesitate to choose another workout if you feel like doing something different.
