You should have been placed into the Kick Start program when you signed up so all your weekly recommended workouts will be good for beginners. During each workout, our trainers will provide modifications you can do to make any exercise match your desired level of intensity.
Additionally, you can scroll down to the bottom of the Browse tab in the app and select either On-Demand > Beginner or Intensity > Low to choose from any of our more introductory workouts. Any workout you select from Browse counts towards your weekly workout goal so don’t hesitate to choose another workout if you feel like doing something different.
