If you purchased PRO on IOS please tap on “Restore Purchases” by going to Profile > Settings > Restore Purchases. This should force an update of your subscription purchase to unlock all PRO features in the app. If that still doesn’t resolve the issue for you please forward your iTunes email receipt to email@example.com so we can investigate further.
If you subscribed to FitOn PRO on Android or Web please contact us and provide the original purchase receipt and/or order number.
